Snow & ice · How residential pricing works

You pay per push, by the snow we actually clear.

We walk your property before the season and give you a written price for each depth tier. No surprises after the storm.

24"+Quoted for the storm
18"18 to 23.9 inches
12"12 to 17.9 inches
9"9 to 11.9 inches
6"6 to 8.9 inches
2"2 to 5.9 inches · automatic service starts here
0"Under 2 inches · no automatic visit
One visit, one charge

Each visit is billed by the new snow cleared on that visit. A 9-inch storm cleared once is one 9-inch charge.

Long storms, your call

If a storm needs a second visit, you decide in advance whether you want mid-storm service.

Deicing is optional

Salt is priced separately and applied only when you ask for it.

Neighbors save

When several homes on a street sign up, everyone on that street gets neighborhood pricing.

Commercial & institutional

Grounds and snow contracts, run to your spec.

For property managers, associations, churches and small commercial sites that need a contractor who answers the phone, shows up on schedule and keeps records.

  • Property managers
  • HOAs & condo associations
  • Churches
  • Offices & retail lots
  • Municipal & public facilities

Questions

Good to know before you sign.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes, a short written agreement that lists your services, prices and where snow goes. It protects both of us, and you can cancel with written notice.

When will you plow my driveway?

Automatic residential service starts at 2 inches. We work the route in the same order each storm and clear driveways within the time window written in your agreement.

What if a car is in the driveway?

We clear around it and come back once the car is moved if you text us. A return trip may be billed as a separate visit.

What about lawn damage from plowing?

We set plow stakes along driveway edges in the fall. If our plow damages turf, we rake and seed it during spring cleanup.

How do I pay?

Residential customers keep a card on file, charged after each visit with an emailed receipt. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly.

Do you mow every week, even in a drought?

We mow weekly in the growing season. When the grass stops growing in a dry spell, we switch to every other week, and you only pay for visits we make.

Can I bundle lawn and snow?

Yes. Customers who use us in both seasons get first pick of mowing days and will be first in line for our year-round packages.
